Local Delivery within M25
We offer local delivery services to bring your cakes directly to your doorstep.
Delivery Hours: Deliveries may occur anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Delivery Timing: While we strive to accommodate specific time requests, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure smooth delivery:
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact information at the time of placing an order.
Make arrangements for someone to be available to receive the order during the specified delivery window.
Pickup / Collection
If you prefer, you can collect your order, free of charge.
How to Opt for Pickup: Select the “Collection” option at the time of placing an order.
Pickup Hours:
Available Tuesday to Sunday, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Important Reminder: Please have your order confirmation email ready (digital or printed) when you arrive to collect your cake. This ensures a quick and efficient handover of your order.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to exceed your expectations with every order. However, due to the perishable nature of our products:
Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected or delivered.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued provided the following notice periods are met:
Themed Cakes and Cupcakes: Requires at least 7 working days’ notice.
Non-Themed Cakes and Cupcakes: Requires at least 5 working days’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or collection date.
